The Palace’s entrance is classic and imposing, with stone sculptures and an ancient well. A modern lift takes you swiftly to the third floor (then around 8  wide steps up to the apartment).
 
Upon entering, you immediately have incredible light pouring in through the huge windows. A large sitting room with eclectic art and comfortable large sofas leads on to the full width errace. This expansive outdoor space is furnished with sun loungers and dining tables and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining.
 
To the left of the main salon is a formal dining room with seating for eight people. An elegant credenza stands at the back of the room, displaying a set of porcelain dishes and crystal glasses, perfect for celebratory dinners.

The Green Bedroom: just a few steps down to this beautiful atmospheric bedroom with four-poster bed (160 x 200), hand decorated walls and bespoke furniture from Porte Italia. The bedroom and bathroom have charming views towards the Frari Church. The bathroom has a good stand alone marble shower.
 
The Pink Bedroom: six steps up to this charming single bedroom with sympathetically decorated painted furniture.  The bed (110 x 200) is very comfortable.  French doors open onto a good size terrace with table and chairs, featuring extensive views over the surrounding rooftops. This area features some of the city’s most important monuments such as the Frari Church, the Scuola di San Rocco and the Carmini church. Filled with, restaurants and bars, this section of town is nicely populated by young families and has a very local Venetian feel, with good food shops and artisan ateliers. Piazza San Marco can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes.
